OMG! That is very well done! Its so realistic!!! It reminds me of the Alexandra hospital down the road from my place; a friend told me when the Japs invaded here they slaughtered everyone in there and sacked the place. The whole 'incident' was so bad eveyone involved in the slaughter was publicly beheaded after. I once saw a freaky figure in one of the upper windows when I was passing in a double decker bus one evening.... Your image there is kinda how I imagined the whole thing....
