My new 2017 calendar is ready for purchase! Please click on the Lulu link, in the right margin and it will take you to the page where you can place your order. This is a 12 month calendar, glossy, measuring 8.5" x 11" - featuring 12 unique digital images that I've created. These can be matted and framed, as the months go by, so it is pretty much like getting 12 prints for only $14.99. Pretty cool, I think =) Please let me know if you have any questions! With blessings of love and light, Peggi

James
I usually shy away from taking "people pics" but I certainly envy photographers who have no trouble going out and taking photos of complete strangers...of course, this guy isn't a "stranger", he's my son James and he's always liked getting his pic taken. Does anybody else think he looks like a young Michael J. Fox? I do!

By My Son, James
Just a couple of minutes ago my son James, who's 13, came in and said, "Oh, this is something I made in school"...I thought it was pretty darned incredible myself (it is a Native American burial bowl that he made in Art class), so of course I grabbed the camera & thought I'd post a photo of it here =) The arts in schools is something we should never do away with!

One Thing I Learned in College
When I was a student at Northern Arizona University I took a wonderful class, "Asian Ideas and Values". One of the ideas I learned there, and something that has intrigued me since, was to find that the Asian people always seek to find beauty in the unfinished (the undone, the unsaid, etc.)

Today's Abstract
We had an incredible sunrise here this morning...I went out and took some photos of it, but wasn't happy with any of them. Soooo, I went ahead and "played around" with one of them (using Paint Shop Pro 9 and oodles of "I just woke up" imagination) and ended up with this creation. Let me know what you think =)
