Something Fun ...
The challenge this week at PhotoFriday was "Retro" and I couldn't think of anything more retro than our local diner (plus they make the best milk shakes there!). Another Milestone...My 200th post
After a week or so of trying to get a nice photo of the way the leaves are changing up in the Huachucas I finally was able to get a pic today of some yellow leaves in Ramsey Canyon...Guess there really is gold in those hills after all=)

I've been a Tyrone Power fan since I was 10 or so, and one of my fav movies of his was The Mark of Zorro (1940) . While I enjoyed the recent Antonio Banderas version a lot, IMHO Power was pure classic Hollywood...anyway, here's my abstract version of a masked dude ... =)

Visions of Cooking
OK - just in case you're wondering - I realize it appears I've got a bit of a cooking/kitchen theme happenin' here now ... ya see, I've decided to clean out my kitchen really good so I can get a headstart on baking for the holidays (besides, when doesn't it need a good cleaning?)... anyway, for the next few days I'm afraid most of my pics will be kitchen-oriented. Hope nobody gets too hungry =)

Different Views or Snowday vs Sunset
From the same photo I used Paint Shop Pro 9 and came up with these two very different images. I thought it was interesting to see them side by side. What's your opinion? (And no, I'm not going to post the first pic...it was way too boring......)
